Please make sure a active email address is given because this is how we communicate with you before shipping your items. Creating, Processing and shipping takes up to 5 to 10 business days depending on what item you ordered. Once we receive your order it is processed on a first come first serve basis, and we appreciate your patience for allow us to create some beautiful jewelry for you to enjoy. Once your item or items are finished you will receive a email letting you know there finished and about to be shipped to you. Shipping takes time as well depending on were we are shipping to. Here at Healing Hands Jewelry we do not have a return policy. What we do offer is an exchange or repair policy if you receive your jewelry damaged. If that happens email us with a picture of the damaged jewelry and you have the option of exchanging it or getting it repaired.
